I have 2 cartriges that were sent to me on the Instant Ink Program I am on the 50 sheets a month with 100 roll over as I don't print that much but I still the monthly fees, my black cartidge as started to smere and I have gone through 3 level 1 to 3 of the print head cleaning and it still isn't clean.

 

It's obviosuly an issue with the cartridge can I ask for a new one to be sent out since I am subscribed to the monthly plan

Good afternoon

 

I now have a new issue I have recieved the new ink cartrigies and the black one installed fine and the allignment page the black works perfectly, the colour cartridge will not work at all it says to install it but the first message it's its not compatable with my printer???

 

It's the same number but no matter what I do it will not work so now I have a cartridge thats out in the open with no cover over the printer head and it will not work
