When I print a document, it comes out really light gray. I just replaced the black ink cartridge. I have run through the cleaning process, alignment, printed test pages several times. Nothing has helped. It either prints light gray or blank. I have adjusted the print settings from color to black and white only, that hasn't made a difference. I have made sure grayscale is set to off.
Not sure what else to do.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.
