My printer claims it has a full cartridge of  black ink, and I believe it is pretty full considering I used it once a while back after it was changed. When I tried printing today, no black ink was being printed. Not even on the printer quality reports.. and when I check the HP smart app it claims both of my cartridges are full.  

How do I go upon fixing this?
