Hello, I just purchased a smart tank 7300 to print out color brochures. After handling the printouts, I notice that black ink remains on my hands/fingertips. This happens on glossy brochure paper and regular paper as well. I also have a 10+ year old hp envy 4500 which doesn’t give me any problems. The printouts on the envy are perfect, so the issue is not the paper. Tech support has been contacted.. We’ve done the cleaning of the printheads, alignment, and replaced the black printhead. Their last solution is to mail out the printer in order to receive a new one, but I’m asking here to see if anyone has any other ideas? Thank you.
