I have an Office Jet Pro 8025e All in One printer.  4 days ago I had no problems printing in any color.  The next day I came to work, and could not print in black.  The cartridges are new HP Ink subscription cartridges and it is full.  I have not printed very much at all.  I cleaned printhead multiple times, and still will not print in black.  Our customers invoices need to be all in black.  I am thinking maybe there was a bad batch of black ink because I am not the only one having this issue.  Can anyone please help me out??  My boss is really mad at me over this and I need to fix it today.  I am waiting on next ink shipment so I do not have another black cartridge that I can swap out with to see if its the cartridge, but when i took it out to inspect it, it seems normal. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
