Black Lines on printing

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought an HP7730 and tried to print 25 copies of a one page document today; every page after the first page had a black line down the right-hand side.  In order to stop it happening I had to send the single page to the printer TWENTY-FIVE times!!

 

If I print double sided, the second side also has a black line down the right-hand side.

 

I'm using genuine HP ink cartridges.

 

Anyone had similar and/or got a solution?  Thanks

I'd like to help!

 

Try the below suggestions-

 

Reset the product

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware  

 

Try and clean the ADF rollers, for instructions refer to - Resolving Copy Problems
