Product: HP Envy Photo 7855

My printer continually says to check if the black print cartridge has the plastic tape covering the nozzles is removed.  This message has occurred on a couple of cartridges, which are HP not replacement cartridges.  There is no tape on the cartridge, I have updated the printer, shut the printer on/off... nothing works.... Does not print documents/photos correctly.

Could you please add a picture of your ink cartridge? both ts top label and its back contacts (golden dots)
