I have tried all of these solutions and it is still giving me the error message icon for black printer cartridge. This is still under warranty but I'm just getting a run around. How do I get a hold of HP when all I keep getting is “service unavailable” when I try to use “contact us” on the HP website. Thank you for your help!

I truly understand how frustrating it is when your HP Smart Tank 6001 All-in-One Printer is under warranty, but you're stuck with a persistent black cartridge error and can't get through to HP support due to the “service unavailable” message.
