Product: HP Officejet 6600 e-All-in-One Printer - H711a/H711g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After a paper jam in my printer, it now is printing black lines onto documents. I went through three steps of the cleaning process via the printer setup option but have not seen any improvement. Need guidance on how to resolve this issue.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
