Like several people I have received the following error message on my printer.  ‘Remove and replace the indicatedn cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.’.  After speaking to one of your agents I have cleaned the print heads and the connections in the printer.  I have also put in a new HP cartridge, which I had to buy because HP Instant Ink said it wouldn’t supply any more until the error was fixed!  BUT can’t fix the error without another cartridge so had to buy.  Printer still giving same message.  Have done factory reset but am still getting the same error message.   Has anyone solved this problem?
