Product: HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

the black color cartridge had run out; I replaced it and the prints are incomprehensible where the print is black. if I try to put another black cartridge in the printer (since the one I just changed is not finished) the printer does not read it. it doesn't print black at all. I would like to be contacted by the assistance thanks
