I'm printing #10 business envelopes and all of them printed out with black ink blotches and streaks or marks on the front of the envelope, on both the right and left front side of the envelope, and between where the stamp is placed and the botton of the envelope.
The marks do not show up on white regular pages, I cleaned the ink head thorugh the self-cleaning program that the printer peformed and also purchased a print head cleaning kit, but there's still the ink mark that prints on the envlope.
Is there a setting that I can adjust the weight of the #10 envelope? Or is there something else I should do? The printer has worked in the past and for the life of me I cannot figure out what is wrong.
Thank you for your response.

Welcome to the HP support community.
This seems to be a driver issue:-
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer-related software.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
