Printer model: HP ENVY Photo 7830.
I only used genuine HP ink cartridges, always replaced properly, never attempted to refill them. 100% by the book.
I did all the possible cleaning using the HP printer software.
The capping station for the black cartridge looks ok (like described in this photo from this post).
Colored printed stuff is always ok.
The issue only appears when I print using the black cartridge, even when the black cartridge is new. Does not appear if I remove the black cartridge and print using only the colored one (when the printer is creating the black by mixing the other colors).
It appears mostly on the left sides of the paper, but sometimes also in inside areas.
Printing at best-quality makes it just slightly better, never completely gone.
See the photos below for some examples (red rectangles are added by me just to highlight the problematic areas):
Anybody else had this problem ?
What solutions do I have ?
Is it possible to replace the cartridges "capping station" ?
Thank you.
