hp psc 1350 all-in-one

My hp printer will not print from the black ink cartridge.  I have installed new cartridges, cleaned the print heads, etc. etc.

Any suggestions?

 

My operating system is Mac big sur 11.1

If you have already performed the steps from the document Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
