Hi,


I can't print with black ink with my DeskJet 2720e.


I tried the following steps before write here:

-Check the Wi-fi connection. OK -> i can print with only colour ink

-Check the black ink cartridge level. OK -> the printer display full level (I have HP instant ink and the cartidge is an original one from the program)

-Check with the HP diagnosis -> OK the diagnosis can't find any problem

 

Any suggestion?
