I have a smart tank 5100 printer that had a black ink leak during shipping to the Philippines, obviously the box was in different positions on the way over. I made sure the cardboard retainer was in place but rough handling bent it. I cleaned the rollers and spill areas the best I could. But it will not even install to give me a proper error code. I will try the print heads and see if this resolves this. It was a pretty extensive leak as it was inside and out about an ounce out of a bottle. I still had enough ink to fill the bottle
Is there any hope of getting this cleaned up? It was primarily the black ink side that leaked.
