The black ink did not come out properly on recent printed pages. Just replaced it and it does print.
Every single print quality report page or report page after the clean cartridge process shows no black ink on the page.
The virtual agent is not helpful because it always reaches the conclusion that the printer is out of warranty and does not take into account that the cartridge and not the printer seem to have a problem. I have tried every cleaning and printing report available. What can I do ?

To assist better:
- Are you using genuine HP ink cartridges?
- Does the copy print out the same way?
- What's the application you are trying to print from?
- Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable to your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I use genuine HP cartridges and I print from the HP Smart application on my computer.
I've carried out all the updates, and I've also used the print quality tools offered by the application. The black ink cartridge is new.
I am attaching the print quality diagnostic page to this message
With this information, do you know where the problem might be coming from ?
