All colours are printing except black. Tried all the different tests and print outs (wasted many of my free monthly pages) I receive my ink through HP instant ink but It says I have plenty of ink left in both black and colour. Removed the cartridge and reinserted but still no luck

Hi @Jamieflee98,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page
Load paper into the input tray.
Search the Mac for Print and then click Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners in the list of results.
Click the name of your printer, and then click Open Print Queue.
Click Printer Setup or Settings, click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.
Click Print Quality Diagnostic
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
As this is an issue with the instant ink cartridge, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
