Product: HP 5510/5512
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer(s) will not print black ink. Had a 5510 that suddenly stopped printing black. After all HP troubleshooting steps, took to get repaired. Repair not available. Recommended get a new one. Purchased a 5512 through online seller (seller sent video by email of black ink printing). Received. Same issue. Am using HP genuine 564xl cartridge. All other colors print fine.
