Hi, i have a brand new, out of the box HP DeskJet 3750 printer. I set it up, and after printing 3 sheets it reported the ink was gone. I moved the next day and it has been back in the box for a year. I set it back up, installed new ink cartridges (original HP) and now the black ink doesn't print. I've followed every thread i can find and tried all the fixes but nothing has worked, except 'soaking the printhead in warm water', which i have no idea how to do.
Has anybody found a solution, or has HP even acknowledged that there seems to be a major problem in their products?

Sorry, as a follow on to the original message, I'm a graphic designer working from home and the days i've wasted trying to solve this are costly and frustrating. I'm clearly not alone so am shocked that such a large company can create such havoc from a supposedly simple solution.

Hi @Paul312,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to print in black.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
