Product: HP Photosmart 5510 e-All-in-One Printer - B111a

HP Photosmart 5510 not printing black ink following replacing with HP toner cartridge. I've tried cleaning heads, aligning heads, cleaning smudges and printing reports but it won't print black. I know a number of people have had a similar problem and Raj from HP tried to help someone but starting with 'Open the All-in-One Toolbox' isn't helpful without saying where to find this.

 

Can anyone help me get my printer to print black again? Thanks in advance.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on your Photosmart 5510 printer.  Go through the steps in order.  If the steps there do not resolve the issue you might try manually cleaning the printhead as shown in the video here.
