HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer

Printer says I’m good on ink but clearly not as blurry pages coming; I have just replaced the colour one so weird the black one stopped; shipment in few days but clearly sth wrong with printer not communicating ink shortage? Can I run some tests to check if there is another issue?

hi, thank you for sharing all tips. It turned out in the end that the cartridge dried out which is why the printer was wrongly showing 'no need to replace'; fitted new ink and it works just fine.

thx

Hi @LukaszJ1

That's great! Happy to hear that the issue resolved after replacing the black ink cartridge.

To stop the cartridges from getting dried up, I suggest that you print at least one page once in 15 days. If you are not printing for more than 15 days, then you need to remove the cartridges and keep it in a zip lock bag or an air-tight plastic container.
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
