Product: HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Printer

Hi there,

My inkjet printer stopped printing black ink for regular print jobs. Color ink works fine, I just replaced all cartridges, and a test page shows that black ink is working fine. 

I attempted to update the firmware for the printer but received a message that my printer did not accept it or was not set up to download the firmware from the HP site. 

I have tried all troubleshooting ideas I've found so far, and while I have loved this little printer, I am very close to going to buy a brother laser printer to solve this as HP seems to be difficult to navigate. Any help appreciated, thanks!
