I am having trouble with the black ink not printing. I was told to clean the print heads but that I should first go to the HP Solution Center to get to the Printer Toolbox. I don't see the HP Solution Center on my laptop so how do I download it to my computer?

Hi @4Dobies,
Thank you for the response.
If your HP Deskjet F380 All-in-One is experiencing issues with black ink not printing, cleaning the printheads is a good troubleshooting step. To access the Printer Toolbox, you need to have HP Solution Center installed on your computer. Here are the steps to download and use HP Solution Center:
Download HP Solution Center:
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads.
- Enter your printer model, "HP Deskjet F380 All-in-One," and click "Find."
- Choose your operating system if prompted.
- Select "HP Solution Center" from the available software options and download it.
Install the Software:
- Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install HP Solution Center on your computer.
Access the Printer Toolbox:
- Launch HP Solution Center from your desktop or start menu.
- Click on "Settings" or "Printer Settings."
- Select "Printer Toolbox."
- In the Printer Toolbox, go to the "Device Services" tab.
- Click on "Clean the Print Cartridges" and follow the instructions to clean the printheads.
This process should help resolve the issue with black ink not printing by cleaning the printheads properly.
I hope this helps.
