I have a HP 6052e printer, it all of a sudden quit printing the black ink, the ink is full and the diagnostic tool says everything on the printer is working properly. I just got this printer a month ago, please help.

I understand that you are getting print quality issues, I am glad to assist you.
Did you make a copy and check if the blank ink prints?
Meanwhile:-
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
-
Make sure your device is on the same wireless network as your printer.
-
Open HP Smart, and then select your printer, if it is not already selected.

Under Tools, click Printer Reports.

Next to Print Quality Report, click Print.
If that does not print fine, Clean the ink cartridges
Cleaning the ink cartridges can improve print quality. Clean the ink cartridges with HP Smart, and then evaluate the results.

Make sure your device is on the same wireless network as your printer.

Open HP Smart, and then select your printer, if it is not already selected.

Under Tools, click Print Quality Tools.

Next to Clean Printhead, click Clean or Clean Printheads.

Examine the print quality on the Print Quality Diagnostic report.

If the print quality is acceptable, close the app and stop troubleshooting.

If the print quality is unacceptable, click Second Level Cleaning or Level 2 Cleaning in the app to perform the next level of cleaning.

If print quality is still unacceptable, wait 30 minutes and repeat this cleaning cycle.
