HP Recommended

My HP6960 stopped printing after installation of new cartridge. We have cleaned the contact points, restarted the printer, and tried another new cartridge. The test pages only print the colored blocks, and nothing else. When trying to print regular pages, they come out blank. I have watched all of the videos and followed the instructions in the videos and on this website. The printer worked fine before changing the cartridges. What else could be causing this problem?
