I recently installed new HP Ink (colors only) now it’s skipping black ink.
i have cleared the print heads using the control panel and also aligned-it many times. The updates are current, I did reset it but only got the control panel back. Printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet.
I can’t get the ink head cartridge to mice indent if the door when it is open.
This printer has been a gem for years.
Please help me get it working again.
