I have a HP Officejet Pro 8610 with a similar issue, everything worked great until I signed up for Instant ink. Now I have missing horizontal sections every couple inches. I have cleaned the print head, all 3 levels. The colors work about 50% of the time but are pretty streaky.... is there a way to print using only color? I've used up almost all my allotted pages this month for Instant ink without successfully printing 1 page that's actually legible.

laptop HP-15ba113cl

OS Windows 10 

APP HP Smart (Wifi via WPS)... also have tried with an ethernet connection.
