I have a Smart Tank Plus 570. The black tank became empty while printing a print job with about ten pages. I refilled the tank but the black color is not printing, all others are.
I tried all the measures described in this chat.

) changing the print head could solve the problem. Unfortunately, the printhead of the Smart Tank Plus 570 can only be changed when the printer recognizes a problem with the print head. This is not the case.
What can i do?
