I am having poor print quality. Black lines all the way down the pages.The lines are vertical and horizontal. Anyone have any advice?

Have you tried a different black toner cartridge yet. Usually vertical streaks are either cartridge or transfer belt related. Start with the most common which is cartridge.

Thank you, yes I have tried another toner cartridge. If it makes a difference I have more vertical lines than horizontal lines And the horizontal lines are darker.
