I tried cleaning the printer cartridge head and removed excess ink. I bought a new black ink cartridge. I did Align twice and Clean Printheads once. The problem remains. I have a Macbook Pro. I downloaded a new driver when I upgraded the operating system to Big Sur Version 11.2.2 and the printer was working fine until a week or two ago. I'm a graphic designer. I use the printer for work. Help!
Is anyone out there? I posted this yesterday.

If the issue is common on both photocopying and printing, if you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Photosmart C4600 and C4700 All-in-One Printer Series and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
