Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

To whom it may concern,

I would like to request a black ink cartridge replacement. I have received both black and colour ink cartridges but it seems that black is faulty. My printer recognises that it is installed and that it is full but prints are coming out blank like there would be no ink.
