HP 6400 series

Hello. I haven’t used my printer for a while and now it keeps printing blank pages. I have ink in the cartridge. At first I thought the ink could’ve dried up but the printer will still print of a report. Has anyone else had this issue?

 I'd like to help!

 

I understand that printer is printing blank pages.

 

To assist better-

 

1) Does the copy print out the same way? 

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

 

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. Make sure your device is on the same wireless network as your printer.

  2. Open HP Smart, and then select your printer, if it is not already selected.

  3. Under Tools, click Printer Reports.

  4. Next to Print Quality Report, click Print.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

 Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
