Hi @Raychelsmom,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Check the Ink Cartridges:
Make sure both black and color cartridges are installed correctly.
If you recently replaced a cartridge, remove and reinsert it securely.
If possible, try a different ink cartridge to rule out a faulty one.
Run Printhead Cleaning:
Repeat the cleaning cycle 2-3 times if needed.
Check for Clogged Nozzles:
Print a diagnostic page.
If no black or color ink appears, the nozzles might be clogged.
Manually Clean the Printhead:
Turn off the printer and remove the ink cartridges.
Use a lint-free cloth dampened with warm water to gently wipe the printhead nozzles.
Let it dry for a few minutes, reinstall the cartridges, and try printing again.
Check Printer Settings:
Ensure you are not printing in "Grayscale" or "Draft Mode," which may affect output.
In print settings, select "Best Quality" and try printing again.
