I can't figure out why my printer's black ink is so splotchy!! Our printer is only a couple months old, and we've only replaced the ink once. I'm tired of paying hp ink every month  for a printer I can't even use, but it says it will block my cartridges that are practically new if I cancel. We have cleaned the cartridges, updated the printer, cleaned the print head. I'm at my wits end. What is the problem? Someone please help before I throw the whole thing away.

 

This is what everything looks like when it gets printed. Half of the words are missing

 

I have a hp deskjet plus 4100 printer for reference.
