Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you've tried many of the common troubleshooting steps already.

Here are a few more steps you can take to try and resolve the issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-In-One Printer:

Step 1: Check the Cartridges and Printhead

Remove the Blue Cartridge:

  • Ensure that you are using genuine HP cartridges.
  • Check the cartridge for any protective tape that may not have been removed.
  • Inspect the cartridge for any visible damage.

Clean the Contacts:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Remove the blue ink cartridge.
  • Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to gently clean the electrical contacts on the cartridge and in the printer.
  • Allow the contacts to dry completely before reinserting the cartridge.

Step 2: Perform an Extended Printhead Cleaning

  1. Use the Printer's Maintenance Tools:
    • Go to the printer's control panel.
    • Navigate to the Setup or Settings menu.
    • Select Printer Maintenance or Tools.
    • Choose the option to Clean Printhead. Perform the cleaning cycle several times if necessary.

Step 3: Print a Diagnostic Page

  1. Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report:
    • Go to the printer's control panel.
    • Navigate to the Setup or Settings menu.
    • Select Reports or Printer Reports.
    • Choose Print Quality Report or Print Quality Diagnostic Report.
    • Examine the report to identify any specific issues with the blue ink.

Step 4: Manually Clean the Printhead

Remove the Printhead (if possible):

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Open the printer and remove all ink cartridges.
  • Depending on your printer model, you may be able to remove the printhead. Refer to the printer's manual for instructions.

Clean the Printhead:

  • Use distilled water and a lint-free cloth to gently clean the printhead nozzles.
  • Be very careful and avoid touching the nozzles directly with your fingers.

Step 5: Align the Printer

  1. Align the Printhead:
    • Go to the printer's control panel.
    • Navigate to the Setup or Settings menu.
    • Select Printer Maintenance or Tools.
    • Choose the option to Align Printhead or Align Printer.

Step 6: Update the Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
