Printer is printing streaks across anything with blue, green or purple ink required.
Completed all maintenance- alignment and multiple printer head cleanings. I also updated the printer.
It is still printing like this and I am tired of wasting my ink and money.

Hi @SamiB1096,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're dealing with a stubborn printhead issue. Since you've already tried alignment and cleaning, here are a few more steps to consider:
- Check Ink Cartridges: Make sure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and that the ink levels are adequate. Sometimes even new cartridges can be faulty.
- Printhead Nozzle Check: Perform a nozzle check (if available in your printer's maintenance menu) to identify if there are any specific nozzles clogged. This can help pinpoint the problem area.
- Printhead Deep Cleaning: Some printers have an advanced or deep cleaning mode that can address persistent clogs more effectively. You might need to access this through the printer's software or control panel.
- Printer Reset: Try performing a factory reset on your printer to rule out any software glitches. Be sure to note your settings before doing this, as a reset will return the printer to its default state.
- Replace Printhead: If none of the above steps work, the printhead itself might need to be replaced.
- Firmware Update: Make sure the printer's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes issues are resolved with the latest firmware updates. Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Use Genuine Ink: Ensure that you're using genuine HP ink cartridges. Non-HP cartridges can sometimes cause issues with print quality.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
