Blue instant ink 902 will not print more than a small amount. I have cleaned several times and ran the printer doctor app from hp. tried 3 different cartridges and put a new one in yesterday that I have just received.

Hi Thanks for the reply Product # T0F28A Serial # 259138739
I use the instant ink 902 cartridges and only the cyan is not printing correctly. I have cleaned a dozen times. It will print a very small amount of blue and then it will fade out, if I wait about a hour it will print a little more if I don't wait it won't print at all. This a new cartridge from instant ink It was shipped 03/03/2022 but took over a week to get it. Now the instant ink site says the printer is offline but printer says it is hooked to the internet.

I received new instant ink cartridges i installed the cyan and tried to print it started to print blue then faded out. I cleaned the print head a few more times and printed a test page and by the third test page you could hardly see the blue.

I understand that the cyan ink cartridge is not printing properly.
Follow these steps to fix the issue:-
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already turned on.
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- The carriage moves to the center of the printer.
- Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
- Press the tab inward on the front of the old ink cartridge to release it, and then pull up on the ink cartridge to remove it from the slot.
- Examine the vent area above the HP logo on the top of the ink cartridge.
- If the ink cartridge still has the orange pull-tab attached, pull to remove it.
- If the vent is clogged, use a straight pin to gently remove excess adhesive from the vent.
- Clogged vent
- With a straight pin, gently remove excess adhesive from the vent
- Unclogged vent
- Turn the ink cartridge so that the ink cartridge contacts face downward, and then match the label color with the color dot on the carriage.
- Slide the ink cartridge into its slot, and then gently press the ink cartridge down until it snaps into place.
- Repeat these steps to inspect the vents on each of the ink cartridges.
- Make sure each ink cartridge is firmly installed in its slot. Run your finger along the top of the ink cartridges to feel for any that are protruding, and if any are, press down firmly until each ink cartridge snaps into place.
- Close the ink cartridge access door.

Hi I never was able to get the blue to print correctly. I replaced printer because I could not wait for ever to figure it out. I feel it is problem with the instant ink , I hate how your printer is locked into only instant ink cartridges.
