When I print the test page, alignment page, etc. every seems fine, but then with pictures or graphics containing blue, there are stripes of blue missing. The first pass of the printer i s correct, but the following ones miss growing sections of blue.
Any suggestion?

Hi Elohi, and thank you for replying to my post.
Unfortunately, the situation did not improve, on the contrary it is worsening.
Here is the framework:
I have an IMac M1 with MacOs Ventura 13.1 and a HP Officejet Pro 6960 printer.
The printer seems totally unable to print with the cyan ink. The scanner cannot even recognize the alignment page as it is missing the blue sections. The proposed solutions do not work:
- I am receiving no error message when I print, but the quality is absolutely unacceptable
- Reinstalling the driver applies to Windows computers, not Macs
- Cleaning the printheads did not help
- Manually cleaning them did not help
- There are no print smears on the rear of printouts
- I am using official InstantInk cartridges and appropriate paper
The suggestion of installing the Smart application does not seem acceptable, given the extremely bad reviews of this app on the Apple Store.
Unplugging the printer did not help.
Would you or anybody else in the forum have any idea of the possible reasons for the malfunctioning and - more important - of the possible solutions?
Many thanks!
