Hi @Maleahr,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've already cleaned and aligned the cartridges but are still experiencing issues with the blue ink not printing in your HP Smart Tank Plus 655 Wireless All-In-One printer, there are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can try.

  1. Check Ink Levels: Make sure that the blue ink cartridge has sufficient ink. You can check the ink levels through the printer software on your computer or directly on the printer's display panel.

  2. Run a Print Quality Diagnostic: Many printers, including HP models, have a built-in print quality diagnostic tool. This tool can help identify and resolve print quality issues. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to run a print quality diagnostic or use the printer's control panel menu to find this option.

  3. Perform a Manual Printhead Cleaning: If the print quality diagnostic doesn't solve the issue, you may want to perform a manual printhead cleaning. You can usually find this option in the printer settings on your computer or directly on the printer's control panel. Follow the on-screen instructions to run a manual printhead cleaning cycle.

  4. Check for Clogged Nozzles: It's possible that the nozzles on the printhead are clogged. Some printers allow you to remove the printhead for manual cleaning. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to remove and clean the printhead. Be careful when handling the printhead to avoid damage.

  5. Use Genuine HP Ink Cartridges: Make sure you are using genuine HP ink cartridges. Using third-party or counterfeit cartridges may lead to print quality issues and can void the printer's warranty.

  6. Update Printer Firmware: Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve printing issues. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP support website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
