HP Recommended

I use my printer regularly for printing high-quality images and every 10 or so pages I have streak marks as the blue stops working. I have put multiple new blue ink cartridges and cleaned the print head countless times but these only seem to fix the issue for a few sheets. No matter how much I clean the print heads the blue box on the test pages are never clean, and the green/purple boxes are mainly only yellow and pink.

I'm guessing my only option now is to replace the blue printhead?
