Photo printouts have very fine lines of blue color where shadows are supposed to be. My printer was cleaned by the professional, but the lines remain. I replaced the blue cartridge. Now I have an additional thick green line. I tried everything I could find online, except I cannot change print quality. Tried printing on cardstock, the result was even worse. My monitor is not calibrated to printer, but I think that it wouldn't fix the blue line problem, just the darkness, which I adjust manually before printing.

First i would recommend checking the paper you are using and making sure it is not for a InkJet printer. The toner will not fuse correctly the paper and cause bad prints. Also i would recommend trying to clean the Laser Assembly dust prevension glass that is for each of the imaging units. I would also recommend, if you are using a heavier type or glossy type paper, to tell the printer it has special paper in the paper settings. The machine will run it slower through the fuser assembly help fuse the toner better to your specialty type paper. If that doesnt work, i would recommend going for an InkJet type printer, as they do produce better photo quality prints.
Hope this helps,
thanks
