Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 All-in-One Printer

Hello, I have an OfficeJet 8020 and all of a sudden it stopped printing blue. I installed a new cartridge recently and it shows that the levels are fine. I've tried unplugging the printer, taking the cartridge out to check for debris, cleaned the printer head, and all the other recommendations. Nothing has worked... please help!

I have the same issue. New cartridge, cleaned the print head 6 times, aligned the print head twice, with no success.
