HP Recommended

The new Cartridge I bought doe not fit my printer.  It is labled 962XL and it looks just like the old cartridge until you look closly at the back.  The Circuit contacts are on the wrong side and the molded plastic used to restrict what printer the cartridge go in are not the same and this is why it does not fit into my printer.  How do I get a new cartridge fast!
