Product: Office Jet 6978

Bought this printer used and can't do anything with it because it's apparently enrolled in instant ink program and whomever owned it before needs to unenroll it before I can use it. .. like, at all..  $175 for a used printer and I got a brick.  HP support is no help... 45 min later and I got nowhere.  Please advise!

I see that you are facing cartridge issue and the error message asks to enroll in instant ink.
