Bought a deskjet printer 2777, printed less than 10 documents and the print quality started to become worse ( black and white). Sections of the document were not visible and some letters were missing. Paper feeder also generating a lot of noise and squeaking sound. Suspected that something was misaligned.
Logged in case in the system. Case ID [Personal Information Removed]. Agent took 72 hrs to return my call. He refused to initiate a one on one exchange and insists that he wanted to troubleshoot my printer first before doing so. Gave me another number of another agent and this agent insists that I purchased another new cartridge and test it first before he approves the exchange.
I said Im not spending a dime on cartridges until he can prove that it was a cartridge issue. He said all new printers come with the introductory cartridges which I think it's bollocks. Not happy with the after sale service and the product at all.

I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.
Note: SETUP ink cartridges are used only to set up a new HP printer or printhead and supply ink for the first series of your print jobs. They are specially designed to initialize a printer and calibrate ink levels.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
