Hello,
I bought the wrong ink cartridge from Target today for my printer ( hp envy 5070 I bought 901 instead of 65.
I called Target, and they are unable to offer me a refund as the product is no longer in the original packaging.
Is there any other way of getting a replacement from hp?? As it was an honest mistake.
I can provide copy of the receipt, and whatever else is needed.

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
