I am using the Inkjet Advantage Printer HP 2700. I recently finished the cartridge that came along with the printer. So I placed an order from HP store online. I got the cartridges in quick time but when I placed them inside the cartridge panel the printer kept giving the error no cartridge. Later I realised that I had mistakenly ordered cartridge no 678 instead of 682 which I found later to be the right one. Sadly I had ordered both the coloured and black cartridges and now am unable to use them. I request the customer support to kindly help as this costed me in excess of 1500 INR. I am happy as long as I can get the right replacement cartridges and am not looking for a refund. Thanks!
