Hello,

I bought the wrong ink cartridge from Tesco's for my printer (301 instead of 302).

Tesco's won't replace as the product is not longer in the original packaging (box has been opened).


I understand (from reading other similar threads) that it is possible for HP support to arrange to exchange my cartridge for the correct one?
Can someone help me with where to start with that process please?

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
