I nave a Brand New HP 7029e printer out of the box I have found the BLUE Cyan is not printing  the unit has 2 cartridges one Black and one Coloured  these cartridges came with the printer 2 days ago I have cleaned the print heads twice but still no blue on printing   HELP ANYBODY.....

Is your printer the HP Envy Inspire 7920e?  The cartridges do have a warranty, see the document here for information. To get warranty coverage you will need to go to the Contact HP page, then enter the information for your printer

 

If you need to print before the replacement color cartridge arrives the following may resolve the issue:

 

Put 1" of hot (not boiling) water in a disposable cup.  Remove the color cartridge from the printer and place it in the cup in the same orientation it would be in the printer, with the printhead facing downward.

 

Let the cartridge soak for fifteen minutes.  Remove the cartridge and gently blot the printhead on a damp tissue.  Also, wipe the excess water from the electrical contacts.  Put the cartridge back in the printer and try printing a test page.

Thank You Bob. You tip worked perfectly  stood the cartridge in finger hot water about 10mm as not to wet all contacts, for about 3 mins cleaned and dried the cartridge Bingo works great..    Thanks Bob
